Absolutely amazing! DJ's ought to be threatened by your business- you are both cost effective and super professional! Easy to get in touch with, friendly, and the touch screen was user friendly! We rented a karaoke combo for our son’s 13th birthday party. The unit was delivered and picked up on time; the set-up was smooth and all components were in great shape; the song selection was very diverse and had the kids singing for hours; and all my interactions with Shoemaker were friendly and professional. It was a great experience beginning to end. Now, I just need to find an excuse to rent again so we can have more fun!!

I had an amazing experience with Shoemaker Jukebox Rentals. The process with ordering the Karaoke machine was very simple and the emails provided great lengthy details of what the package came with. The man who delivered my machine texted me hours before he arrived to let me know when he would be coming to drop off the machine. He was super friendly and helpful when explaining how the jukebox worked. So helpful he got a 20 dollar tip! Needless to say my friends and family had an amazing time at our Christmas karaoke party. It was for sure a night to remember forever.

Fantastic! Dennis was great - he set up the equipment and walked us through the screens and operation. Everyone at the party loved the jukebox selections and, especially, the karaoke. We will be renting it again in the future and several people at the party also want to rent one for their parties in the future. Very intuitive and easy to use screens for finding and selecting songs, etc., - even for a guy in his 60's. It was a blast. Excellent equipment, excellent service, and excellent people.
