My experience was wonderful. The man that set up the machine was extremely helpful and had tons of knowledge about the machine. There is a 24/7 help line if we needed it but we never did. The machine was self explanitary for the most part and we had a great time!! Good volume range so we had it super loud during the day and less loud the later it got. And pick up was quick and easy. I could not be happier. I will definitely use Shoemaker Jukebox again!!

You guys are great! We had a great party and the digital dj and karaoke machine was a hit. We booked with short notice and everything worked out perfect. All the equipment was high quality and very easy to use. Definitely going to use for our next party.

Got the jukebox/karaoke package for a family reunion. This was a big hit with our guests, both young and old. Great selection of music, so everyone could find their favorites. The sound was excellent and the lights were fun. Thanks for being able to help us out on short notice!

Love, love, love! This was a huge hit for our annual BBQ. We got the karaoke package. I was able to quickly get information sent to me, sign a contract, and make a deposit all online. Delivery and pick up were prompt. Len was very efficient in setting up and breaking down the machine as well as giving us a quick, easy tutorial on how to work the machine. I'm already thinking about having another party just to rent this again! Shoemaker will definitely be my go to from now on.

The Jukebox was so easy to use and had a large variety of songs. I even had the chance to pick my mom's favorites before her party! Everyone had a blast! We will definitely be using Shoemaker Jukebox again!

I rented the Jukebox for my daughters Graduation Party. When they came to set it up, they showed my daughter and friends how to use it. It was very easy to use! We also purchased the Karaoke with 2 microphones, this is a must have!! We all had a wonderful time with the Karaoke! My mom, who is 77 years old,was up there reading the music on the screen singing along with us. We played Frank Sinatra playlist at dinner for me and family, then changed to top 40 or teen favorites. The kids even played and sang to their favorite Disney Music! We even did the popular line dances.

Excellent!!! Will use you again when we have another party. Well worth the money, fun for everyone.

Wow. It was awesome from start to finish. The set up was great and the guys was super nice. We had to call a few times because one of our guest knocked the plug out of the wall and the system stopped. The guys was very nice and helped us get back online quickly.
