I have to say Jay never lets me down. I didn't have to worry about anything. They set up, They pick up. The Karaoke system is so user-friendly and it sounds so good. If you're looking to add entertainment to a party/event.... Shoemaker is the way to go!

This is the 4th year we've had the Karaoke machine and it has made our annual Christmas party at our house better each year. the service and delivery, set up, and pick-up is seamless. James has been here for all 4 years to set up the machine and break it down for pick up. He's always been professional and an all-around great guy. I highly recommend Shoemaker to anyone who wants to really kick up their event with a ton of fun.

Your equipment was a huge hit and made for a fun, successful party. From the start (emails/phone calls), everything went smoothly. Frank was very thoughtful of our time, calling twice to let us know the delivery time had changed by 15 minutes. Frank was very knowledgable and explained very clearly and easily how everything worked. Our play list was loaded and the machine was very customer friendly and easy to use. The cost was quite reasonable and I would highly recommend using your company and equipment. I will definitely keep it in mind for any future events.
