The whole process was easy and did not take a lot of time or effort on my part. We used this for my daughter's Sweet 16. We did make a playlist ahead of time to get things started, but the kids enjoyed choosing songs themselves. My suggestion for others would be to not worry too much about doing a playlist ahead of time because half of the songs weren't played as the kids keep requesting other ones. The most important thing was that everyone young and old had a great time dancing. I loved that I could adjust the volume myself at different times during the party.

I rented the machine for my huband's surprise 40th party. From start to finish my experience was excellent. All my emails with questions and concerned were answered quickly,
payment was easy, the company worked around my schedule, and the tech who assembled the machine was on time, quick, and friendly. The machine was easy to use and everyone loved it. It was the highlight of the party; the party wouldn't have been as successful without it.
